Please include the following minimum information:
1. Name, address of client, telephone #'s and email address.
2. Address of property or properties to be appraised ( section, block & lot # if you have it).
3. Type of property: such as a single family house, shopping center, apartment building, mixed use
4. If other than a single family house: a. approximate square footage b. # of units
5. Date of Valuation and required turn around time
6. Purpose of Appraisal: such as real estate tax appeal, mortgage financing, environmental damage valuation, matrimonial etc.
7. Any other issue that the appraisal needs to address including
