INVESTMENT PROPERTIES

Our asset advisory and brokerage division seeks to assist in the acquisition or disposition of investment properties as per requirements of our clients. A database is maintained on investment properties of all types.
We recently represented Reckson Associates Realty Corp., an REIT, on an exclusive basis on their acquisition of a $20,000,000 +/- 1st mortgage position on a 400,000 +/- square foot office building known as 100,200,300 Garden City Plaza which is located on the western edge of Roosevelt Field Shopping Mall in Garden City, Long Island, New York. We recently represented exclusively Chase Manhattan Bank on the sale of one of their office building assets and a law firm purchasing and renovating their headquarters building in Garden City.
GOALS
We are currently marketing select investment properties with an aggregate price over $450,000,000 as well as other types of investment properties. Property types include office, retail, multi-family, assisted living, hotel, development projects and industrial. The inventory is constantly changing.
Our institutional investors are seeking to acquire $350,000 to $500,000,000 of property each quarter for the next year. Our value added investors are seeking "value added" or opportunistic situations. All submissions will be held in the strictest of confidence.
STAFF
All investment property activities are handled by our professional staff of licensed real estate brokers and asset advisors who have many years of experience in real estate, valuation, consulting and finance. We will be your real estate division.
Marketing Strategy
Subsequent to our exclusive engagement, we will review all of available materials, utilize our staff of marketing experts and develop the most effective marketing strategy, prepare the marketing material and implement the marketing strategy.
We will then interface with all appropriate parties , process the paperwork, conduct the negotiations leading to a successful closing in the most efficient manner possible.
Properties for Sale

Currently, we are marketing a key piece of property that is the final link of a "beltway" around a major city. The client is looking for a "partner" and wants to sell up to a 50% interest. The site will contain the interchange, as well as the actual land to build the expressway to complete the beltway. There are a number of other development sites to this property including one for a 2,000,000 square foot mall. The name of the project is called Rochelle Holdings.
